Applying to Ascension Christian High
We are delighted that you have chosen to apply to Ascension Christian High. We look forward to working with you and your family to see if ACH is a good match for you. For the fall semester of 2012, all paperwork including the application, registration requirements, and references must be submitted with registration fees. Application deadline is July 13, 2012. No applications will be accepted after that date.
To apply, follow these steps:
Attend an Open House (Call the school office for dates: 225-622-2800)
Complete the application Regisgration fee is required with application.
Upon submitting your application, you must supply ACH with all required documents as well as references from two sources. ACH will accept recommendations only from the following:

Current English Teacher
Current Math Teacher
Current Principal/Head of School
Pastor/Clergy Recommendation, a Sunday school teacher, or youth pastor. |
The Office of Admissions may contact you for an individual interview. The interview consists of meeting with the applicant and both parents for about 60 minutes. At the interview information about the student and family will be discussed.
Some applicants may be required to take an entrance examination to insure proper placement if admitted. Scores will also determine if an applicant can benefit from an education at ACH.
Once the application has been processed, a letter will be mailed to the applicant with notification of acceptance or referral.
